3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We process and ship orders within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. However, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
  • Once an order has been shipped, TrailCharge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their order.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details).
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • If a defective or incorrect item is received, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

5. Product Warranty

  • TrailCharge products come with a 1 month warranty limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • To claim a warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact customer support.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • TrailCharge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
  • Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, or tort, will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Content on the TrailCharge website, including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs, may protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written consent.
